Contact the police and the senior services office in whatever town or county you live in. It sounds like an actual criminal act of theft from the way you describe the situation, so this would be a police matter. Good luck.

Is there a guardian for your mother? How is it that she is performing these acts?

Older people are often prey for the economic demands of others that result in misdirection or being taken advantage of due to undue influence. Courts can assist in making sure that individuals are not taken advantage of and can appoint a conservator or a guardian to avoid such problems.

You should consult with counsel to see if you have a case.
