Is there an age reqirement, or distance that must be maintained by an adult when leaving children in a parked automobile?

It is a matter of all the facts and circumstances, such as the age of the child or children; the length of time the child is left alone in the car;
the location of the car; the weather; whether the car windows are left cracked for air.
