cocaine charges

i was arrested on 10-21-08 for

cocaine charges for less then 1/2

ounce statue #2c:35-5b(3) and i also

got charged with a statue #2c:35-

10a for multiple dates. This is my

first criminal charge. What are my

possibilitys for probation. On 8-7-08 I

also got a reckless driving charge

where my girl was badly injured, does

that affected my charge for cocaine

charges

Unless the drug you alleged possessed on multiple dates was marijuana, the various of possession charges are third degree offenses. The distribution/manufacturing charge is also a third degree offense. As a first offender you are eligible for probation, but the multiple offenses may make some jail time likely.
