(Cocaine)

How much jail time or are there any other options (example:PTI) for a 1st time offender. This person was not told what was being received (in the mail)?

I agree with Mr. Moore. You are going to need an attorney one way or the other. If you can afford one, get a good one and have him or her fight for you!

It is not possible to tell someone what the sentence will be when the Court sends a notice of a court appearance because the court personnel do not have personal knowledge of the case.

Knowledge of the facts of a case is necessary to predict what will probably happen in a case.
