Complaint
I was involved in an altercation with a woman and she filed a complaint against me. I have not spoken to anyone, should I obtain legal representation?

Re: Complaint
You should definitely consult a private attorney as soon as possible.
Re: Complaint
Yes and sooner rather than later. Judges will often tell you that you must get an attorney for criminal matters such as this. If convicted, you may be facing fines, probation, jail and a criminal record.
I have an office in New Brunswick and my initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
Re: Complaint
Call me if you like. If you have to ask the question you already know the answer.
