complaints against detectives and/or prosecutors

where do you go to press charges for tampering with witnesses, evidence etc? my attorney doe's not know! do i need a criminal attorney? yhanks

You go up the food chain to the Attorney General's Office or the United States Attorney's Office.

First, you go to the police to press charges. With regard to what type of attorney you need, it depends on what the other case is and how this relates to it. I would need more info.

I agree with the other attorneys --Yes the NJ or US Attorneys General Office should be consulted if the local police and/or county prosecutors

are not responsive but again more information would be helpful as my colleague stated as well.
