conditional dis-charge

i'm on probation with a conditional dis-charge and i'm coming home for the summer and looking for a job do i have to say that i've been convicted of a crime? and when does it not shut up on my record?

conditional discharge means that you have to satisfy certain conditions, such as pay fine of complete any other kind of requirement imposed upon you by the court, in order for the plea agreement remain in force. You do have to inform them of the conviction, because they will see it if they check your criminal record, unless your conviction was as a youthful offender or juvenile delinquent.
