Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Conditional Discharge question
I am currently on Conditional Discharge in NJ and received a Citation for possessing beer in my Dorm Room while under the age of 21 in PA. Will this automatically kick me out of the program or does it depend on whether I am convicted or not? What happens if they offer me an adjudication program what that make a difference?
