Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

One of the conditions of my PTI is taking medication. My medication started having adverse affects and so I went off of it and flourished, but the past 3 weeks (this is 4 moonths after I stopped taking it) have gotten to the point of needing to go inpatient (psychiatric). Is there any way I could end up back in jail? For example, they would wonder why I needed to go inpatient if I'm 'taking my meds' and otherwise 'complying' so they somehow find out I haven't been, which is a violation, so I'm sent to jail? Please help, I have no idea what to do.
