Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Conspriracy

a friend was arrested many years ago for conspriracy to buy drugs or something of the sort. The police raided his home and arrested him. No incremenating evidence was found. He had no drugs in the home or on his person. His wife bailed him out of jail. He waited a year and heard nothing from the courts. His wife then left him and took his kids and moved to another state. He followed her in order to get his children. He recently found out that a few months after he left he had a court date. what can he do?

Re: Conspriracy

At some point he will need to surrender and appear in NJ, or avoid the state for the rest of his life...which is not really a solution, because they will find him other ways. Feel free to call our offices or e-mail me directly to discuss your options.

Re: Conspriracy

He should hire an attorney to repair the damage and arrange for his surrender and bail which he can afford.

Call me if you like.
