Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
constitutional law
I was accused of violating an order of protection ,I went to family court and proved in open court that not only had i not violated the order but that the accuser had been fileing false charges for years ,haveing me locked up and disrupting my life and distroying my livelyhood.the judge found in my favor dismissed the charges and her order of protection and gave me one.he fined her and warned her not to continue bothering me.The same day she went to another judge and got a warrent for my arrest and i was charged in criminal court with the same charges ,same docket number same crime and i was rearrested.I had already made bail on the charges but was held this time with out bail.I sat for almost a year and then at the constant urgeing of my public pretender who never visited me once to discuss my case and ignored my requests to contact the judge in family court or to get the transcripts or evidence i presented to show she lied in the first case.I pled guilty and got probation.Help

Re: constitutional law
You describe some fine mess. It is unfortunate that you did not hire an attorney for your criminal case.
If you want an attorney to try to correct what has happened you will have to pay him or her.
Call me if you like.
