Is This Contempt
If a judge orders, by setting a date for the prosecution to respond to motions that were submitted by the defense, and the prosecution fails to respond to that order by not responding to any part of the motions, is the prosecutor in contempt of court since he disregarded the order?

Re: Is This Contempt
I think you are asking multiple questions without waiting for a response. Either that or there are several people who are in the exact same situation as you and who happened to come to this site on the same day.
Bottom line: you need a good attorney. Hopefully you already have one. If you do, trust him or her. If not, get a new one. Instruct your attorney to file motions and if the Judge denies them, what more can you do?
