Without knowing what the witnesses (including the girl) contend happened, it is impossible to indicate what the charges will be. Possible charges, from the wording in your question, however, would include serving alcoholic beverages to a minor. The conduct that you describe probably falls under the sexual assault statute ONLY if the woman was so drunk that you knew or should have known that she was physically helpless, mentally defective, or mentally incapacitated.

Re: contributing to the deliquency of a minor

Without having ALL of the facts it is impossible to predict what someone will be charged with. In addition, even kowing all of the facts, the prosecutor and police have discretion in deciding how or what to charge. Their decisions may be based on things like the strength of the evidence, how credible the witnesses are, and other factors. The bottom line is that it is impossible to predict what someone will or will not be charged with, but if you or your friends need an attorney for any charges stemming from this incident, I handle these types of cases and would be happy to speak with you or your friends.
