Obviously, you must believe you were selling an illicit drug on both occasions. What will happen to you depends on what the drugs were and how much

was sold on each occasion. It also depends on you

prior criminal history. If you are drug dependent

you could qualify for Drug Court and be allowed to go into an inpatient program which lasts at least

18 months.

You are facing the possibility of a prison sentance.
