when a person is convected of a crime can someone talk to the judge that heard the trail in he chambers on the convects behalf beetween the end of the trail and sentaning sorry for the spelling thank you

An attorney and you can make statements to help the Judge make his decision in a sentence. If you are not happy with the lawyer that reprented you at trial, you can always hire a new attorney for the limited purpose of sentencing.

Typically, judges afford a convicted person or their attorney the opportunity to "be heard" concerning sentencing. This is usually done in open court just before the judge decides the sentence and it is where the person or their attorney can bring out any information that they feel is important to deciding the sentence, such as: remorse, cooperation with police, no past record, no one hurt in the crime, etc., etc.
