Cops

ok i got stop by a cop because he thought i had drugs on me wich i dint so than he gave me a ticket for obstruction the traffic?? but i was never double park?? than a week ago he lock up one of my friends' and he said tha i told on my friend ?? can they do tha even do thats not true ?? and even if thats putting my life on the line ??

Police may not generally search your car during a routine traffic stop for a motor vehicle offense. Ostruction of a traffic does not involve points but only a fine. Police do sometimes use a ploy to get someone to admit an offense. You may ask your friend to show you the police papers that state you told on him. In the alternative, speak to the local police or prosecutor if you feel your life is endangered by a falsehood.
