Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Using Court cases in Nj Criminal Courts

In nj, decsions on other NJ court cases can be used in court. My question is does that also pertain to decisions that come from the US supreme court as well as United States Districts courts? Are Supreme Court and US district court decisions valid in NJ courts?
