Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Court ordered 10 percent bail on a bench warrent went to police station ad directed to pay the 10 percent an the police said you have to pay full amount. Did they make a mistake?

They have. You need something from the Court saying that to show the police. Certified from the Court.

Typo...sorry. They MAY have. Rest of answer stands. Suggest you get proof from court where 10 % was issued and fax to warrant court. Make sure they will accept the fax. Or call Clerk of Court where bail was issued and ask them to notify the court with the warrant.
