Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Credit Card Found

My 13 yr. old daughter decided to purchase something online with a credit card that she found at a store. The purchase was for $205.00. Unfortunately, after she used it, she threw it out and the invoice from what she purchased is in Chinese and does not provide me with a company name or credit card number. She also does not remember what website she purchased the items from. Can you please tell me what we can do at this point?

Re: Credit Card Found

First, I would suggest checking the internet history on the computer to see what sites she went to. If that doesn't work, you could bring your computer to a shop so they can look at it for you to find the site. Did she order the item to the house? If she did, when it arrives it will allow you sort it out with that company.
