Crimes before age 18.
Can one who is over the age of 18 be tried for crimes committed before the age of 18?
Thanks.

Of course. The real question is whether one is tried as an adult or as a juvenile.

Re: Crimes before age 18.
There are a lot of different variables that need to be looked at before I can give a complete answer to this question. Certain crimes have different statutes of limitations, and it may be that the time that has passed between when the crime was committed and your current age is beyond that statutory period. I would need to know more about the specifics of the crime in question. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in the past. Please call me at 1-908-272-0111 to discuss your case. There is never any charge for simply idscussing a case with me. Thank you.
