Well, since you hired a lawyer, you really need to decide if you STILL WANT that lawyers help. If you don't, and you want to see what another lawyer thinks about the case, feel free to write back with some details, including the County this took place, the type and amount of drugs found (to see if mandatory minimum sentencing applies) and any other important info ( for ex: was this near a school or in public housing) and we'll talk. You should change attorneys first of all...

Secondly, if you do not live at the house you were arrested at then you may have some good defenses in your case, depending on where the drugs we're.

Also, there would potentially be the possibility of challenging the. Validity of any warrant in the case, however you've given me insufficient information on the case to give you an opinion on this.
