criminal charge for theft

I was caught up in an ebay/ net scam concerning rolex watches. i sold a few, thought they were real, they claim they werent. i received money to purchase a few more, the person took my money, never got the watches or the money, so i was arrested. i did not intentionaly rip anyone off. i have no record at all. i do however want to pay everyone back, but it will take time, if i'm in jail, i cant. any suggestions?

Hire an attorney who can review your situation carefully and make recommendations. Secondly, assuming you are a first offender, first offender treatment may be available to you if you agree to pay the money back over the threes of supervision that would be required. Once the money were paid back your supervision will probably be possible to terminate, with the dismissal of your case.
