Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

criminal harrassment
an exboyfriend filed a rediculous bogus. tro( tempory restraining order. and criminal harrassemnt charges on me . i was arrested ... the family law judge found no grounds for the tro. and dismissed it . but i now have to go for the criminal court hearing. which i hope will be dropped. 2 questions. if the tro was unfounded and dismissed by family court judge. is it likely that the same will be found in the criminal court.................... and second....... can i sue him for the cost of my lawyer fees of 2500. for filing faulse claim and also for expungment of my record and pain and suffering from being pulled from my house and arrested. thank you in advance.

Not really, but it won't hurt you, and you can try, but it may be difficult.
