Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

criminal law

I am charged with conspiracy resulting from an incident in which a juvenile in my car threw something out of my car at someone. Fortunately no injuries resulted. I did not know the intent of the juvenile. Can I get this charge dismissed in court with a lawyer? I want a dismissal because I am preparing to enter the service. Your advice?
