criminal mischief 4th degree feloney

I was put on pti, but was violated in may of 2008, I was then put on regular probation for 1 year my probation is up now. How can I get this felony off my record?

Unfortunately since you did not complete PTI, you now have to wait ten years after the regular probation ended before you can apply for an expungement of your record. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about this.
