Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I have a criminal record in another state that's 17 years old. I never served time but it involved a DUI. I love to play tennis at my local club where I am being subjected to persecution due to this record. Is it considered harassment to have other non law people persecute me and can a tennis club bar me from playing there because of it?

You might want to have a lawyer from the other state investigate possible expungement.
Even so, what do the Club's by-laws say?
It sounds more like an ugly side of human nature than an actual right.
Please feel free to call me to discuss the matter.
