Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Custody Battle/criminal charges

I have a very lengthy custody battle going on with my ex. We were never married and we have a child together. She is fighting me for full custody and is saying the child wants nothing to do with me. I want to take her to court for a provision to the child support and visitation. My only convern is that she knows 2 things that I have done in the past that I have never been incarserated for. I would like to know if she ''tells'' on me will I get in trouble. I believe both things are criminal offenses, but I have never been caught for them.

She would have to tell the police and then, they would have to care. Chances are, they won't. If she just tells the court, I doubt the court will care since she never told the police.

The problem is that there is a court rule that the judge must report to the appropriate law enforcement authority

and violations of law that he becomes aware during a hearing. You need to have an in office consultation on this question.
