I have a restrainding order on my husband hes a very violent man and my children are afraid of him if one judge when i went to court for the tro said that i didnt have to send them if they didnt want to go and another judge said i do and this weekend i was suppose to take them to his house and i was on my way and my kids were very upset one was throwing up and the other wasvery upset and nerveous to go. whats going to happen when i go to court next week and the judge finds out i didnt take them.

In addition to what Mr. Moore said, I'd like to know why there were two judges in this case? Do you have an attorney?

I would suggest that you record how your children react to being asked to visit with their father, without staging it. It will be your defense to a claim of your intentionally violating the judge's order.
