Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
my daughter received a open container ticket while walking with friends in new brunswick nj. We are not sure what our options are or what we should do.

Was she charged with a 2C violation or an ordinance?
An attorney can protect her rights and if it is a 2C criminal charge can probably negotiate with the prosecutor to eliminate the criminal charge.
