Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
daughters ss#
My daugters father passed away about a year ago. afterwards her two uncles on her fathers side wanted to set a trust up for her.One i trust the other is very shadey. So i agreed to have the trusted uncle in charge and gave him my daughters ss#with the condition that he not give it out (particularly to his brother). The brother was very persistant that i also give it to him but i refused.About 6 months later i started recieving bank statements in my daughters name with the shadey uncle as custodian.I know thats not that big of a deal but he never asked me if i would mind!should i be worried that he might use her ss# for other reasons? How can i find out if he has,how can i prevent it,and what action should i take if my intuition is right?
