I don't think the law is going to change any time soon. The immediate issue is making sure your son has a lawyer to represent him on this very serious charge. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-

Re: death by auto

No. They actually made this crime more serious and the trend is to make crimes more serious, not less serious. If you really want to help your son, do everything it takes to get him the best attorney you can afford. Call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss.

Re: death by auto

Death by auto involves gross negligence. If your son were only ordinarily negligent, he would be not guilty and should go to trial.

Give me a call if you like.

Re: death by auto

I should correct my answer. Your son would be guilty if he recklessly operated a motor vehicle causing a persons death. If he were only careless

he would be not guilty.
