Death Thread in handwritten Letter

I received a hand written Letter from someone I owe money. Am threatened to pay back within 1 week or I better pick out my coffin, and look over my shoulder every minute of the day. If the money is not received within 1 week I better go and select my coffin.

The letter is signed.

Go immediately to the police with the letter.

This sounds like what is called in New Jersey law a Terroristic Threat. You should contact the police in the town where the threat originated from and report this to them so they can investigate it for you.
