Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
can a delivery person enter your home if you do not want him to? If he forces his way in and does not leave when you ask him to, do you have any recourse? Can you push him towards the door or is that considered assault?

You can remove the delivery person using reasonable force. Deadly force is only appropriate where
one is defending against deadly force.
