Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
If I was denied a firearms permit for a 24 year old disorderly persons (broken window) where I was only fined $105.00 no probation, no jail. Isn't it a petty disorderly? I then got it expunged a year later am I know able to possess the permit. Can I legally apply again.
