Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I am in a dilemma. I am the super of a NJ apartment complex and all of the tenants there seem to love me. I often have to go into their apartments for work orders. I am very friendly with all of the tenants there which may have bitten me in the butt. One of the tenants went to my property manager and told her she wanted to get her security deposit returned, to which my property manager refused, because she was leaving her lease early. The tenant then told her "Well then, I got to do what I got to do." The next week, the tenant went to my property managers office and claimed I had laid on her bed, touched her leg, and tried to seduce her (she never said that any sexual act ever occurred). I never did any of this. My property manager told her she did not believe her and nothing happened. Now a couple of weeks later, I get a summons to go to court for harrassment/inappropriate touching towards this tenant. My propoerty manager and company met with her to try and give her back her deposit, in order so they don't get sued. I didn't want them to do that because it makes me look guilty, but I'm not sure how the meeting turned out. My property manager did however advise me to get a lawyer, which I cannot afford as I am already behind in all my bills, including my mortgage. I am so nervous. I never did any of what I am being accused of and I don't know what kind of trouble I am facing. My questioins are 1. does this tenant have a case. 2. I thought it was my companys job to get a lawyer since it is a job related issue. and 3. what am I facing? Please help!
