Disorderly conduct/ expungement
Is Disorderly conduct a felony? Can it be expunged if it's your only offense and if so how soon after the conviction can it be expunged?

Most likely, this was not a major offense and would be eligible for expungement. Where did you get charged? What was the penalty?
