Re: disorderly persons

There is really no minimum penalties other than paying mandatory penalties for various small amounts ($50 victims of crime compensation board, $30 Law Enforcement Officer Training Fund, etc.). The maximum penalties on a Disorderly persons offense is a $1,000.00 fine and six months in the county jail. The maximum penalties on a fourth degree crime are $10,000.00 fine and 18 months in state prison. I am an attorney who has handled very many criminal and disorderly persons offense cases throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
