On a charge of criminal mischief must I submit my dna in order to be release from a four year probation?

I've never heard of anything like that. Although, if a Judge ordered you to submit a DNA sample and you have yet to do so, then you should not be released from probation. It would depend on what the Judge said during your sentencing. What's the big deal, do you think they might find something?
