Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Doctor?
I am going to school to become a doctor. I am also a convited felon. However i was 20 when this happened and by the time I am done with school, I will be 34. I would like to know if I am going to have problems with this?

Yeah, most likely. I know med students/doctors who have been hung up with DP charges, let alone felony charges. A guy that was a co-defendant on a case I had got in a ton of trouble with the med board even though he got PTI. I strongly suggest you get an expungement. You should talk to an attorney.
