Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
have a domestic violence charge which i never put my hands on the person the cops just assumed because of the situaton..and they also gave me a 2c:29-2A against the arresting officer that left me with a bruises on my wrists from handcuffs and a busted eye..what should i do?
