domestic violence and criminal mischief

my first offense, no one was hurt,i kicked cabinet doors and broke them cops arrested me for domestic violence and my husband was not involved, i take effexor and was off medication, for depression, how can i get charges dropped, it cost $46.00 to replace cabinet doors please help

The charges can be dropped if your husband asks for same of the judge in the domestic violence matter and asks for same to the prosecutor in the criminal matter.

Mr. Moore's advice may work in some towns, but in more and more towns I go to, that doesn't fly anymore. The State is forcing spouses to testify against each other. Not sure if that will happen where you are, but if his advice doesn't work out, I suggest you see an attorney ASAP. I have a case just like this today and I'm sure its not going to go away that easy like that.
