Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
driving mine car without my ok
my son in law got drunk a take my keys out of my house and had a
racked in my car and i don't want to go to my insurance company can i take him to count for this. He did about 2,000
dollars worth of damage to the car .
he also got a ticket for taking the without my ok and i sign a complaint

You could sign a criminal complaint against him and/or file an action in civil court.
