drug charges

walkin down st with pot in pocket, cop stops me, searches me finds less then 50 grams. put me in car, then read me my rights, put me in car, then a few mins later let me go

If the police agree that it happened just like that, you have a great chance of getting the case dismissed. Of course, you still need a good lawyer to research the issue, look at the discovery, make the arguments, etc.
