You are looking at 3 to 5 years in prison at the worst.
I strongly suggest you get an attorney to help you out with this since you will also have a criminal record.
I practice in Hudson County and my initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
Re: drug possession
This is a third degree crime and you are potentially facing up to five years in state prison and thousands of dollars in fines, along with a loss of your driver's license for up to two years. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout NJ in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail.
