Re: drug possession
You should ALWAYS have your own lawyer. The case against him is a serious one, there is some potential for not only a criminal record but also potential prison time associated with such a charge.
please call our office as soon as possible for a free consultation to further discuss this case. you may reach us at 2127098303

Re: drug possession
You are facing heavy fines, possible jail time, a criminal record, and loss of your driver's license. For an eighteen year old facing such serious penalties I would certianly recommend that you hire a lawyer. If you are still living with or being supported by your parents I would also recommend that you discuss your situation with them. As a lawyer I will be able to minimize the penalties you are facing as much as possible, and possibly even beat the charges against you completely. Please contact me, or have your parents contact me, about this as soon as possible. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-

Re: drug possession
6 months and 2 years loss of DL and a criminal record of course. Thus, even though are you are in municipal court, you are still looking at some tough punishment.
I've dealt with plenty of old cases, but I'm not sure I've ever had an 18 year old case. Sounds fun, although I'm sure its not fun for you huh? My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case. We'll discuss the options you have to fight this.
Re: drug possession
The worst penalties are six months in jail; twenty-four months suspension of your driver's privileges in New Jersey; $1,000.00 fine; a DEDR penalty of $1.000.00 and court costs.
As a first offender you can avoid everything except for the DEDR penalty. Get a lawyer.
Call me if you like.
