Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I was in a well known drug selling area, looking for marijuana, i did not buy anything but then got into a car accident, we decided not to call the cops but now my parents are saying we have to go file a report, can i be arrested for looking for weed?

You should file the report. If the police start interrogating you, you have a privilege against self incrimination. You should also talk to an attorney about the accident. We handle both these kinds of cases. Feel free to have you and/or your parents call to discuss your options.
