Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I had a drug test the 20th of july, the first test of my conditional discharge. I did not hear back from them for weeks, so I assumed I passed. Today I got a letter from the court that I have to appear, said I violated my conditional discharge due to a diluted sample. Is there anyway to fight this? Will they let me take a retest? And can I claim that I just drink a lot of water?
