Drug testing procedures once sentenced

My son will soon be found guilty to a distribution of marijuana charge and also being in a school zone.

Once he is put on probatrion what is the drug testing procedures. What if he is still using marijuana until he is sentenced

Are you sure he is getting probation? I really suggest you meet with an attorney before you have him do this. If he does get probation here and he does this again, he is looking at a very severe sentence.

His probation doesn't start until he is actual sentenced, so he should be ok but I still don't suggest he continue to smoke. It sounds like he is setting himself up to fail, and if he does, he will likely go to prison.
