Drugs charges

was caught with marijuana in school and don't know if it is worth getting a lawyer

When it comes to criminal law, I think you always need an attorney, unless you just don't care about fines, probation, jail, having a criminal record, etc. If you care about those things, then you should not only get an attorney but you should get a good attorney to fight your case with everything he has!

You got caught in school, so does that mean you are still in high school? If you are I would certainly advise you to have your parents hire a lawyer for you. In fact I don't think the judge would even let you go to court without a lawyer. Please have your parents contact me to discuss your case in more detail.
