Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I am currently a teacher in New Jersey and about 5 months ago i received a dui which hasn't taken effect yet. My question is, are there laws that require a teaching licence to be revoked in NJ if one gets a dui? This is my first offense and I had a perfect driving record.

Not that I know of. I suggest you call your local union rep to get the info on this.
